What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us directly through this site. We don't use tracking cookies or analytics on this website at present.
- Contact / callback form: your name, phone number, message, and email address if you provide one.
- Gallery and News pages: if your organisation posts a photo or update, we store the file and any text submitted, along with the date and time.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to your enquiry or arrange the callback you requested — it's sent directly to our office by email and is not added to a marketing list or shared with third parties.
How long we keep it
Callback request emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, in line with our normal business record-keeping. Gallery and News content is kept live on the site until removed by our team.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Information may be passed to our courier network partners (such as APC Overnight) only where necessary to arrange or fulfil a delivery you've requested.
