Our organisation

We provide transport and logistics services, and our business relationships and supply chains span a range of sectors, including transportation, warehousing, retail, engineering and manufacturing.
Our commitment
Our business recognises that slavery and human trafficking are concealed, damaging and cruel practices that unfortunately persist in global society. We are alert to our responsibility to recognise and tackle this illegal practice, and are committed to providing a workplace, and building relationships with suppliers, where dignity and respect are afforded to everyone.
Our policies
We regularly review and amend our employment policies to ensure they reflect our stance on slavery and human trafficking. The Company maintains policies and procedures covering Equal Opportunities, Whistleblowing, Recruitment, and Bullying & Harassment, which together set out our commitment to a safe and healthy work environment that is free from illegal practices, harassment and exploitation.
Due diligence and supply chains
Our supplier tendering processes and methods of operation expressly require compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and we monitor and review such compliance on an ongoing basis. We have auditing processes in place to help identify and address risk within our own operations and supply chain.
Training
We provide relevant training for our managers to improve awareness of modern slavery and human trafficking risks within the business and our supply chain, and we have built on this training over time by reviewing our management policies and strengthening the channels available to staff for raising concerns or reporting wrongdoing.
